Prastio Kellakiou is aiming to highlight the operation of the traditional olive-oil presser through the creation of an olive-mill museum. For this reason, the community has proceeded with the selection of a suitable museum building and the collection of the necessary equipment and objects.
The completed museum is expected to provide visitors with the opportunity to learn how an olive-oil presser used to operate in the old years.
